The repairman, Jeremy P., arrived on time, was polite, friendly, and efficient, and got the whole job done in only 90 minutes. The blinds now all work perfectly. The price was more than reasonable, even with the $100 added for the in-home repair service, which saved us a great deal of time and trouble.
